Download Your PayPal Statements

Accessing your PayPal statements is important for accurate financial record-keeping and reconciliation.

But when it’s time to reconcile PayPal accounts I find it difficult to find those statements at PayPal.com.

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of where I found the statements on my business PayPal account. I have had clients whose PayPal accounts do not match my own, so this may or may not work for you.

Quick Instructions:

  1. Log into PayPal.com
  2. Click Activity in the top menu
  3. Click All Reports
  4. Click Payments
  5. Click Statements – monthly and custom
  6. Click Request in the PDF or CSV column, wait
  7. Download your statements
