How to Connect Your QuickBooks Online Account to SaasAnt Premium Billing

In this blog post you’ll learn how to add a QuickBooks Online file to your SaasAnt account.

I have a SaasAnt with three seats, one is being used. I’m going to demonstrate by adding a file to one of the two existing seats.

Quick Instructions:

Within QBO click Apps -> Find apps in the left side menu
Search for and click on SaasAnt
Click the Get app now button
Sign in to SaasAnt
Click the gear in the upper right corner
Select Billing
Click the Add Premium Billing button
In the pop-up click Add to Premium Billing

Apps – Connect SaasAnt

To begin you need to connect the SaasAnt app to the QuickBooks file.

To do this click on Apps -> Find apps in the left side menu.

Search for, then click on SaasAnt in the search.

Click Get app now button in the upper right.

Because I have QuickBooks Accountant it asks me to select a company and client. Then click Next. (If you’re a business owner with one account you’ll skip this step).

Connect QBO to SaasAnt Premium Billing

The new account does not automatically connect to premium billing. You can tell because of the messages at the top of the screen.

There’s one letting me know there’s a 31-day free trial. The second reminds me that I have multi-company billing and can add this to my account.

To connect to premium billing click the gear in the upper right. Then select Billing from the menu.

In the Billing Details in the Plan Details section, it shows that I have 3 total slows. One is used, and two are available.

Below that is the Add Premium Billing button. This is what you want to click.

A pop-up will appear asking if you’d like to “add slot” showing how many available slots you have.

Click the Add to Premium Billing button.

A Success message will appear. The new QBO file will appear in the Currently Billed section. Also, the available credits go from 100 (with the free account) to 5000.
